These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organised by L'Ambiance Collective ("we", "our", "us"), a partnership based in Malta. By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 These Terms apply to all tickets sold by or on behalf of L'Ambiance.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and, where appropriate, existing ticket holders.
1.3 It is the responsibility of each customer to read these Terms before purchasing tickets.
2.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Tickets are subject to availability.
2.3 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email or digital ticket has been issued.
2.4 Tickets may not be duplicated, copied, or resold for commercial gain without our prior written consent.
2.5 We reserve the right to cancel any ticket obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
3.1 Ticket prices are displayed in Euros (€).
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed purchases will not be affected.
3.3 Additional booking or processing fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before payment.
4.1 Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.
4.2 A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon entry.

5.1 All events organised by L'Ambiance are strictly for persons aged 18 years and over.
5.2 A valid government-issued photo identification (such as a passport, national identity card, or driving licence) must be presented upon request at the venue.
5.3 Anyone who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will be refused entry without entitlement to a refund.
5.4 It is an offence to attempt to purchase a ticket or gain entry using false or fraudulent identification. L'Ambiance reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
5.5 Parents, guardians, or other adults may not accompany anyone under the age of 18 into the event. No exceptions will be made.
5.6 Ticket purchasers are responsible for ensuring that all members of their booking meet the minimum age requirement before purchasing tickets.

By attending an event organised by L'Ambiance, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken.
You grant L'Ambiance permission to use such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify a member of staff before entering the event where reasonably possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
